1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of bridgeexhibitions.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. They are not the commercial terms on which we provide our services. Sales, marketing, market development and event management engagements are governed by a separate written agreement in each case, and where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement takes precedence.

2. Who we are

Bridge Exhibitions is an international sales, marketing, event management and market development business created by Arabian World Events and Orchestra Media, based at Dubai Media City, Concord Tower, 6th Floor, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at office@bridgeexhibitions.com.

3. Using this site

You may use this site for your own business and information purposes. You may not:

• Use it in any way that breaks the law or encourages unlawful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on, or any connected system
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details, or use automated systems to overload the site
• Reproduce, republish or redistribute our content commercially without our written permission
• Use our name, marks or content in a way that suggests a relationship we do not have

4. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, layout, design, graphics, photography and logos, belongs to Bridge Exhibitions or to our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view it, and print or download extracts for your own business reference. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

Event names, logos and marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the events we sell, represent or manage. Their appearance here does not transfer any right in them to you.

5. Accuracy of the content

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, including event dates, venues and descriptions. Even so, event details are set by their organisers and change. Nothing on this site is a warranty that any detail is complete or current, and you should confirm anything you intend to rely on with us or with the organiser before acting on it.

Nothing on this site is an offer, and nothing on it is professional advice. Any figures describing what we have delivered are indicative of past work and are not a promise of future results.

6. Links to other sites

We link to websites we do not control, including event organiser sites and social platforms. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not endorse those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.

7. Enquiries you send us

When you send an enquiry through this site, you confirm that the information you give is accurate, and that you are entitled to share any third-party details you include. We handle what you send in line with our privacy policy.

Please do not send confidential information through the enquiry form. If you need to share something sensitive, contact us first and we will agree a suitable route.

8. Availability and liability

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free from errors. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on anything published on it. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
